Do my customers need to install a new app?
No. Customers add their stamp card as a Wallet pass (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) and use what’s already on their phone.
How does a customer get their stamp card?
You can share the card via:
• A link or QR code in your store • A button in your online checkout • An invitation email or SMS
One tap, and the card is saved in their Wallet.
Is this only for online shops?
You can connect online shops, physical stores, or both. A customer can collect stamps from multiple channels on the same card.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No.
You connect your account, define your reward rules, and we generate the Wallet cards for you. If you use a custom system, we can support you integrate via our API.
How do you charge for the service?
We use usage-based pricing. You pay based on the volume of active customers and stamp events — not per location or per device. This way, your costs scale with your revenue.
